My mother is 62 years old. She's the heart of our family — a woman who’s given everything with love, kindness, and strength. Today, she’s fighting for her life.
She urgently needs a TAVI procedure — a delicate surgery to replace a completely blocked heart valve. But this isn't just about her heart. She also suffers from partial lung failure and depends on an oxygen machine around the clock just to breathe.
Because of her condition and weight, open-heart surgery isn't an option. This procedure, TAVI, is her only hope. The cost is overwhelming — $28,000 — with $19,000 going just for the artificial valve itself.
We’ve explored every avenue we could. But with the ongoing economic crisis in Lebanon, it’s become nearly impossible for our family to raise this amount on our own. We’re doing everything we can, but we can't do it alone.
