​I am reaching out because I’ve hit a point where I cannot carry this weight alone anymore, and I desperately need a helping hand.
​Recently, my life took a major turn and I had to return to Sri Lanka completely starting over from scratch, with no financial safety net. Since being back, things have become incredibly difficult. I have been diagnosed with an aggressive combination of Meniere’s disease and vestibular migraines. It causes severe, daily vertigo and spinning attacks that leave me physically unable to function, look at screens, or work. Because of this, I haven't been able to earn an income since December.
​Right now, the situation has become critical. I am at immediate risk of losing our rented home, my 10,000 rupees left is running out, and I am struggling to afford basic groceries. Broking my heart further, my daughter has missed two terms of school because I simply cannot afford the fees right now.
​I am doing everything I can to manage my health and get back on my feet, but right now, I just need to survive. I am raising funds to cover our overdue rent, keep food on the table, and somehow get my daughter back into her classroom.
