In the rural area of ​​Chittoor district in the state of Andhra Pradesh, India, many people migrate to neighboring states of Karnataka and Tamil Nadu for labor work with their families. Many villages become empty due to this. Rains are very low in this area. These areas are not finding jobs for livelihood. Many people in this area do not have land. There is no water for farming in the existing lands and no investment in time to grow the crops. At this time we know what to do for a living but in the situation there are migrant labourers. These migrant workers are very poor and the family runs if they work. Daily labor is not available. Their children's education is completely stopped due to the fact that they are migrating for labor work. Our organization is trying to provide employment to these migrant laborers in their villages. Groups of migrant laborers are formed in the villages and two cows are reared for the members of these migrant laborer groups. Migrant laborers are economically developed through sheep rearing and goat rearing. The organization provides development to migrant laborers in every village. The organization provides a bank account to the migrant laborers and the organization arranges a bank loan of 50000 rupees and government subsidy of 50000 rupees. 50000 given by the organization and 50000 rupees given by the government does not need to be refunded. 50000 rupees earned and taken from the bank should be paid in installments. In this way they migrated from the villages. Economic interest in migrant workers increases. The education and development of the children of migrant laborers is done
