Give Hope to Street Dogs Fighting to Survive!

Hey everyone, I’m Sashen. I’m 27 years old and I live in Sri Lanka. Last year, in 2023, I started rescuing animals — mainly dogs and cats that are hurt, sick, or abandoned on the streets. Since then, I’ve helped many animals get better and find happy homes. Some are now living with kind families here in Sri Lanka, and some even got adopted abroad. But many are still waiting for their forever homes. Until they get adopted, I keep them safe in foster homes or boarding places. I try my best to give them everything they need — food, medicine, and love. All of them are vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed or neutered, because their health and safety always come first. The truth is, this work costs a lot. Every month I spend over $8,000 on vet bills, food, transport, boarding, and foster care. I’m doing all I can, but I can’t do it alone.
