Methle Methlak is a youth-based initiative that aims to alleviate juveniles and young adults' reintegration process, namely after their release from Roumieh central prison.
Our goal is to offer these juveniles a second chance through the provision of much needed services that they are in need of in order to ease this challenging process and continue their journey in life.
Throughout our awareness session with the community, we asked each participant to write a message to a juvenile in prison. So, we are aiming to collect all these messages with a child-friendly book and distribute it to children in Roumieh Central prison as the juveniles have no hope upon their release from prison. so this book might be motivational for them. Moreover, we are aiming to conduct a research paper about the needed services in Roumieh Prison and build a project upon this. The services will also include juveniles who release from prison where there will be payment to the vocational training, mental health, legal cases..etc.
