Connecting Lives for Autism
Connecting Lives for Autism supports young people with autism living in rural areas of Andalusia, Spain. Many of them grow up in communities with limited resources, social barriers, and areas designated as needing social transformation. In these environments, access to specialized support, social inclusion programs, and safe spaces for belonging is extremely scarce.
At CONECTA, we believe that every person with autism deserves the opportunity to feel understood, supported, and connected. Through this program, we offer:
- Safe and caring spaces for emotional support
- Group activities that foster confidence and self-esteem
- Support in emotional regulation and social interaction
- Inclusive community experiences
- Professional support tailored to their specific needs
Many of the young people we support face isolation, anxiety, limited opportunities, and a lack of understanding. With your help, they can experience friendship, stability, learning, and joy, and families can feel supported instead of alone.
