The Project:
In light of the great challenges facing the education sector in Lebanon, and the economic pressures that parents are experiencing, and because education is the primary goal of us since we were founded. Accordingly, within the framework of our vision for the 2023-2024 academic year, we aim to help students from different backgrounds & educational levels to enable them in obtaining their education by covering part of their school fees and transportation costs to and from schools.
Accordingly, we look forward to obtaining the necessary support from you in order to achieve this noble goal through our project.
Who we are:
Rahma Center for Community Services was initially founded in 2003 in Partnership between International Rahma in Kuwait and ISWA – Lebanon to be a center for orphan’s activities, vocational training programs for girls and community service programs that support all groups in need in Lebanon.
Targets:
• Orphans or in need students with limited income.
• Male and female students in private schools and institutes at the elementary, intermediate and secondary levels.
• To cover the tuition fees of 200 male and female students, including transportation, to ensure that they complete their academic year without fear or anxiety of dropping out resulting from their families’ inability to cover the costs of their education.
• Protecting 200 male and female students from the risk of dropping out resulting from poor economic conditions.
• Reducing the burdens placed on needy families.
Budget:
• The required contribution to cover student tuition is $150,000, and this includes tuition for 200 male and female students in the elementary, middle and secondary levels, in addition to transportation fees.
