Rumah Singgah Clow is a shelter for stray cats and dogs, abandoned and discarded.
Most of those who are discarded are sick cats and dogs and irresponsible owners who shirk their responsibilities by throwing them away.
There are hundreds of cats and dogs in our shelter, therefore the cost of care that we need is also very high.
Moreover, recently there has been a surge in servo disease, many pets have been discarded by their owners and we also volunteer to care for them.
With the increasing number of sick animals, we have a medical bill of almost $5,000.
