لائحة "بعبدا التغيير" هي لائحة بتشبه الشعب وبتوقف بوجه السلطة الحاكمة لتحارب الفساد وتسترجع لبنان السيادة.
خطط اللائحة الاساسية هي: تطبيق مقدمة الدستور ومواده، تنشيط الاقتصاد، إسقاط الحصانات وتحقيق استقلالية القضاء، فضلا عن تطبيق اللامركزية الادارية.

واصف حبيب الحركة
هو الي قدّم كل شي بيملكه من قوة وصمود بطريق الكفاح الشعبي رغم تعرّضو لتهديدات طالت حياته بشوارع ١٧ تشرين. نشأ بساحل المتن الجنوبي بالضاحية الجنوبية، تخرّج محاماة من جامعة بيروت العربية واستكمل طريق نضاله بأساليبه الشعبية والسياسية. بآمن بالعمل الشعبي السياسي التشاركي .. من هون هوي عضو تأسيسي بالمرصد الشعبي، بيحمل مشروع تغييري تيصير لبنان قوي وقادر على المواجهة بوج التحديات الداخلية والخارجية
هوي ابن شوارع الثورة وملهمها، هوي المحكوم بالأمل، المنادي بالمواجهة حتى النفس الأخير.


ميشال فيليب حلو
ولد ونشأ بالاغتراب، وتخرّج بدرجة ماجستير بالإدارة من كلية إدارة الأعمال HEC Paris
سنة 2015، رجع ع بيروت وشغل منصب المدير التنفيذي لجريدة L’Orient-Le Jour، اشتغل عإعادة هيكلة المؤسّسة وتحويلها إلى مجموعة إعلامية رقمية، وناضل للحفاظ على استقلاليتها ونزاهتها.
بال 2019، شارك بإعادة إطلاق الكتلة الوطنية، وهو حزب تاريخي عريق استأنف نشاطه السياسي لطرح بديل عن الواقع السياسي القائم.
بناضل من أجل السيادة، الدولة المدنية والاقتصاد الحر والعادل.

روبير فؤاد خليفة
خريج هندسة مدنية من الجامعة الاميركية ببيروت، مسجل بنقابة المهندسين ببيروت، وعضو سابق ببلدية الحدث. هوي الناشط اللي ما بيتعب. والمنغمس بصميم الشأن العام. هوي الثائر المنتفض على واقع لبنان المرير على ظلم الناس وعلى هجرة الشباب من هالوطن.

ناشطة بالعمل السياسي لاكتر من ٢٠ سنة
اسست شركة del harmon لتصدير المواد الغذائية والحرفيات اللبنانية
ناشطة بنادي العبادية الرياضي الثقافي
من مؤسسي "تضامن الناس" المتن الأعلى
عضو مجلس العلاقات السياسية في تنظيم لحقّي
بتطمح لتتغيير بايمانها بقوة الناس لبناء دولة المؤسسات والعدالة الاجتماعية.


زياد مخايل عقل
رئيس اليازا انترناشيونال للسلامة العامة وعدد من جمعيات التنمية وحماية البيئة وحقوق الانسان
الو نتاج قانوني، اكاديمي متنوع. حائز على ستة دراسات عليا بالقانون الدولي العام، علم الإدارة العامة، العلاقات الدولية والدبلوماسية، القانون المقارن، السلامة العامة والوقاية من الاصابات وعلوم صحية، مجاز بالحقوق اللبنانية من جامعة الحكمة وبالعلوم السياسية والإدارية من الجامعة اللبنانية. انطلق للعمل السياسي سنة ٢٠١٨ بترشحه للانتخابات النيابية مع تحالف وطني، ومن يومها واصل بدون انقطاع نشاطه السياسي لمحاولة انقاذ لبنان.

The "Baabda Change" list represents the people and stands against the ruling class to fight corruption and restore Lebanon's sovereignty.

The list strives toward: implementing the articles of the constitution, revitalizing the economy, lifting immunities, and achieving the independence of the judiciary, and implementing administrative decentralization.

Candidates:

Wassef Habib Al Harakeh
He fought with all his strength to be the voice of the people since October 17, despite all the deadly threats that he received. He grew up on the southern coast of Matn, in Dahyeh. He graduated as a lawyer from Beirut Arab University and continued his political journey, while remaining down-to-earth and close to the people. Wassef believes in the importance of collective political work. He is also a founding member of Marsad al-Chaabi (the Popular Observatory), which carries a transformational mission to strengthen Lebanon and make the country capable of facing internal and external challenges. He is the son and muse of the streets of the revolution. He is driven by hope and calls for confrontation until his very last breath.

Michel Philippe Helou
Born and raised abroad, he graduated with an Msc in Management from HEC Paris business school. In 2015, he moved to Beirut and held the position of the Executive Director of L’Orient-Le Jour, the oldest newspaper published in Lebanon.
For 6 years, he worked to restructure and turn the outlet into a digital-first media group, while fighting to maintain the independence and integrity of this symbolic institution. In October 2020, he launched the group’s English-language publication, L’Orient Today. In February 2019, he took part in the re-launch of the National Bloc, a historical party that resumed its political activities to offer an alternative to the existing political scene. He fights for sovereignty, a civil state, and a free and fair economy.

Robert Fouad Khalife
He is a civil engineering graduate from the American University of Beirut, registered in the Engineers Syndicate in Beirut, and a former member of the Hadath municipality council. He is an activist who fights relentlessly for the rights of the Lebanese, and is deeply involved in working in public affairs. He is a revolutionary, rising against the injustice that people are facing, and the bitter reality which is causing the emigration of young Lebanese.

Abir Naji Adnan
She has been politically active for more than 20 years. She studied International Relations at the Sergio Arboleda University in Colombia from 1994 to 1996 and is the founder of the company “Del harmon” which exports Lebanese goods and handicrafts. She is also active in Al-Abadiyah Sports and Cultural Club and is one of the founders of “Tadamon Al Nass” (Solidarity of the People) in Al-Matn Al Aala, and a member of the Council for Political Relations in the LiHaqqi movement. She aspires for change and believes in the power of the people to build a state of social justice.


Ziad Mikhael Akl
He is the President of YASA (Youth Association for Safety Awareness), and multiple environmental protection and human rights associations. He has a distinguished academic background. He holds six postgraduate diplomas in different branches of political sciences & law from Sagesse University and the Lebanese University. He started his political career in 2018 by running for parliamentary elections with a national coalition. Since then, he has been directing his political activity to try to save Lebanon.
