LACODE (Lebanese Association for Coexistence and Development – الجمعية اللبنانية للتعايش والإنماء), registered with the Ministry of Interior and Municipalities in 2014 (No. 942), has been among the main providers of meals to displaced households since the onset of the war against Lebanon in 2024. Through its five community kitchens in the Bekaa, located in Zahle, Baalbeck, Hermel, Arsal, and Fakeha, LACODE provides healthy and sustainable meals to displaced families while employing more than 250 food handlers—mostly women. This work is carried out through partnerships with local and international NGOs such as World Central Kitchen, World Vision, Arc En Ciel, ACTED, Nusaned, the Lebanese Food Bank, and Beit El Baraka, among others. Currently, LACODE serves more than 3,000 meals per day, with the capacity to scale up significantly. We count on your support to help us reach even more people in need across the Bekaa.

Community Support for Farmers in Lebanon
The Agricultural Movement is organizing a solidarity campaign to support farmers who are being threatened by Israeli attacks.  In addition to the daily massacres, destruction campaigns and mass displacement of the people of the land, the Israeli army is also purposefully targetting agricultural lands in the South of Lebanon and Beqaa Valley. We have seen this coming with the targeting of the vital infrastructure of our land with the aim to lay the foundation for mass starvation, as we have all witnessed happening in Gaza. In this context and in support of the rights of people to defend their land and sovereignty, we would like to stand in solidarity with farmers and support them by planting heirloom seeds, help feed and move cattles to safe zones, and make sure that we can still produce in times of war and siege. With the collected amount, we will first distribute heirloom seeds, grow them in nurseries and send them to farmers, as well as communities in many towns across Lebanon. In times of war, decentralizing the production is essential to fight against the weaponization of food. The collected amount will allow us to : Produce seedlings for the new season (tomatoes, thyme, eggplants, zucchini) and heirloom seeds distribution to farmers (molokheya, onions...) in areas not under threat. Cover labour costs (agricultural workers) Cover shelter, feed and transportation costs of cattles and beehives from threatened zones to safe areas.

Displacement means losing safety, stability, and access to everyday essentials like food, clean water, clothing, and medicine. This fundraiser was created to support displaced Lebanese families who urgently need help. The goal is to provide essential supplies such as food packages, hygiene kits, blankets, and other basic items that help families get through each day with dignity. Every contribution will go toward helping families who have lost so much and are trying to rebuild their lives. Even a small donation can provide a meal, warm clothing, or basic necessities for someone in need. Your support can bring relief and hope during an incredibly difficult time. Hundreds of thousands of families, children and elderly were forced, yet again, to leave their homes and belongings to escape the bombings. With little notice, many of them left everything behind and ended up sleeping on the streets of Beirut. NAHNOO's exceptional volunteers, including displaced themselves, are currently working hard to provide urgent basic needs (food, water, blankets…) and they need your support!
