Hi, I’m Roy, the owner of Baza Bakery.

We are trying to help people displaced from South Lebanon and other affected areas by providing fresh manakeesh daily. For every $1 donated, we prepare 2 manakeesh for people in need.

We are offering these at a very big discount, keeping only a small percentage to cover basic costs such as gas, labor, and ingredients so we can continue baking and helping more people.

We are working with a local scout group that helps organize and distribute the meals daily to families in need.

If you know a specific location or group of people that need help, you can also contact us and we will try our best to deliver there.

For transparency, we do not take photos of the people out of respect for their privacy. However, we take photos of the food while it is being prepared and packed every day to show proof that the meals are being made and distributed.

Even the smallest donation can help feed someone.
