A few seconds changed my entire life.
During the recent bombing in Beirut, my car was completely destroyed. Thankfully I survived, but the vehicle I depended on every single day is gone. For many people a car is just transportation, but for me it was my lifeline.
Living in Lebanon means daily tasks are already challenging. My car was how I got to work, how I bought groceries, how I carried drinking water and gas for our home, and how I helped my elderly parents get to their doctor appointments.
Without it, even the simplest things have become incredibly difficult.
I never imagined I would be in a position where I would need to ask others for help, but today I am reaching out with humility and hope. I am trying to raise funds to repair or replace my car so I can regain my independence and continue supporting my family.
This car is not a luxury for me — it is my way to work, to provide, and to take care of my parents.
Every donation, no matter the amount, will bring me one step closer to rebuilding a small but essential part of my life after this tragedy.
If you are unable to donate, sharing this campaign with others would mean so much to me.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for reading my story and for any kindness you can offer. Your support reminds me that even in the darkest moments, compassion and humanity still exist.Q
