My name is Elizaveta. I am Ukrainian, and I have been living in Tbilisi for several years with my husband and our little son.

Over the past few years, our family has been through a lot. When my son was only two months old, he was diagnosed with hydrocephalus. He underwent several complicated surgeries, and later he was diagnosed with epilepsy. Almost all of our savings went to his treatment, examinations, and recovery.

Today my son is feeling much better, and that is the greatest happiness for our family.

But now I need help.

Because of severe obesity, my weight has reached 140 kg. I have high blood pressure, and each year it becomes harder for me to move, care for my child, and live a full life. Doctors recommend bariatric surgery because, in my case, it can significantly reduce health risks and help restore my quality of life.

The cost of the surgery is about $6 000. For our family, this amount is currently impossible. It is very difficult for me to ask for help.
