Ahla Qatfa is a hybrid agri-food platform in Janata, Sour District, South Lebanon, serving 35+ villages with a wholesale vegetables/fruits marketplace, mouneh/spices/nuts hub, digital logistics platform, and a planned supermarket + e-commerce store.

Current Status:
- 5 hangars ready on 5,000 m2 (6-year lease), operational since August 2025.
- $75,000 already invested in infrastructure.
- Wholesale + retail model serving 35+ villages in South Lebanon.

Use of Funds ($125,000):
- Digital Platform Development: $25,000
- Cold Storage Equipment: $50,000
- Supermarket Setup (Phase 2): $35,000
- Marketing & Operations: $15,000

- Reduces transport costs for 35+ villages (saves 20-30 km per trip).
- Creates direct and indirect jobs in the region.
