My name is Enas, mother of baby Maria, 1 year old from Jordan.

Maria was diagnosed with SMA Type 1 (Spinal Muscular Atrophy), a severe genetic disease that weakens every muscle. She cannot sit alone, and without treatment she will lose the ability to breathe.

Her only hope is Zolgensma, a one-time gene therapy that costs $2.5 million USD. Doctors in Jordan confirmed she needs it urgently.
