**لكن كل شيء تغيّر.**

الحرب تركت الروضة **متضررة وغير آمنة**. الصفوف الدراسية أصبحت فارغة، الكتب اختفت، وساحة اللعب – التي كانت تضج بأصوات الأطفال – باتت مدمرة. **هؤلاء الأطفال فقدوا الكثير بالفعل. لا يجب أن يفقدوا فرصتهم في التعلم والنمو وأن يعيشوا طفولتهم.**

For **160 children** in Baalbek, Lebanon—including **Palestinian and Syrian refugees as well as vulnerable Lebanese children**—**Jannat Al-Atfal Kindergarten** was more than just a school. It was their **safe space** to learn, play, and dream of a better future. It was where they felt secure, surrounded by books, laughter, and hope.

**Then, everything changed.**

The war left their kindergarten **damaged and unsafe**. Their bright, welcoming classrooms are now empty. Their books are gone. Their playground—once filled with joyful voices—stands in ruins. **These children have already lost so much. They shouldn’t lose their chance to learn, grow, and simply be children.**
