Hi my name is Carolyn and in November 2025 I received a Heart Pump
Transplant ( LVAD) a few years ago my Heart began to rapidly fail, I had my first right Heart Cath done and the Doctor told me that if I did not get the Transplant I only had 3 months to Live, We are Struggling right now trying to keep my Appointments with my Transplant Doctor to get the Care I need, Please if you can help any Donations would be so Helpful, my Life Depends on my Medical Care.. $carol313131
