It all started when our rented home got burnt and my 2 old parents were there and had no place to go, after civil defense put off the fire they had to stay all night sitting without electricity with a fully soaked home in darkness at 2 am till the morning, they waited till the light came up and since it’s a rented place the owner asked to fix, fixing was difficult and very expensive as the ceiling went broken because of the severity of fire , my father kept going and trying his best to do it, as I’m in UaE and my situation is not that good, then we had to pay for specialists to come and fix this and it was a huge cost, I had to take a loan to help, then my father kept spitting mucus coz of smelling of CO and never got better, we took him to several doctors he has been on many medications but none helped, he was getting weaker so quickly, then he stopped walking because of severe dizziness we had to bring a dr at home, he said his lungs r having water, and he needs hospitalization and since hospitals are not free in Lebanon we took him and he needed to go to ICU which was 1000$ per night, and after taking that water off and planting it we were shocked that he had developed stage 4 cancer (although few months back his tests were normal) and here comes the journey he had to stay in hospital as he couldn’t walk and we had no electricity to put the oxygen machine at home he needed oxygen supply 24/7, and after a couple of months and taking debts and loans from everyone and seeking everyone’s help (mostly we didn’t get to reach a help that can make him stay in hospital) anyway we had to move him to a very cheap hospital and there his situation went so bad and he passed away, now I have to take care of rent and living expenses and I already have loans killing me and preventing me from fulfilling my basic necessities and my mother’s necessities, I just want help to finish my loans and live with whatever I’m getting from my job because the loan is taking a lot from my salary and my living here and my family in Lebanon is really hard also the prices are always increasing
