Perpetual is a little girl from Zimbabwe she has down syndrome but the most amazing part is she is able to read and write , she is intelligent but she comes from a disadvantaged background which affects her when it comes to learning and also food and medicals .she needs a private teacher and a good school and also a place to call a home which is proper built . Perpetual needs special care that’s why I am here .
