I hope everyone is safe, and doing well. My name is Mira. I am a videographer/editor in Lebanon, with over 10 years experience. I have worked hard for many years to grow my own business as a freelancer, creating content, and filming around the country. I love my job with a passion, and put my heart and soul into my work, and share that with everyone I work with. Unfortunately, a few days ago, in broad daylight someone broke into my car and stole all my equipment. Over $7000 worth of equipment was gone. The reason I had them in the car was because I had a shoot to go to that afternoon. I filed a report, immediately after, but to my dismay, there are no clues to find the thief. I believe everything happens for a reason, and I want to keep a positive face, knowing things will be okay. I want to keep growing in my career, and grow in my community with my work. This setback pulled me back immensely and I would greatly appreciate any help I can get to raise the funds to buy some new equipment in order to keep growing. I hope no one experiences this ever.
