👤 About Me
My name is Michael Simon, a Tanzanian citizen who grew up in a low-income community where access to basic needs such as food, education, and healthcare has always been a challenge.
Despite these hardships, I’ve always believed that entrepreneurship is the most powerful tool for transformation — not only for myself and my family, but for the entire community around me.
For many years, I’ve nurtured a dream to start businesses that will create employment opportunities for young people, promote financial inclusion, and contribute to sustainable development in my area.
Unfortunately, the major obstacle has been lack of startup capital, which has delayed my dream for years. With your support, I believe this vision can finally become reality.
💡 My Vision and Goal
The goal of this campaign is to raise TSh 90,000,000 (approximately USD 34,640) to establish three community-driven businesses.
Each project is designed to empower youth, provide essential services, and build financial and social stability for many families.
📊 PROJECT DETAILS
1️⃣ Mobile Money & Bank Agency Center
Target: TSh 40,000,000 ≈ USD 15,400
This project will establish a financial service center that provides:
Airtel Money, M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, HaloPesa
CRDB, NMB, Azania, and NBC Bank agent services
Currently, residents in my community travel long distances to access financial services. This center will bring them closer, save time, and create employment for 2–3 young people.

This store will sell essential building materials such as cement, iron sheets, nails, steel bars, paints, tiles, and plumbing accessories.
It will make construction materials more accessible and affordable for local residents while creating 3–4 new jobs for youth.

It aims to support local farmers by providing a stable market and fair prices, while creating direct employment for young people.
