I am a Sri Lankan I am a student My name is Sithum Dilshan I am 18 years old Will my education be hindered due to lack of money? Please help me🙏🙏 I am Sithum Dilshan, I passed my O/L examination last year, I was able to get a good result. But besides that, I had a passion for education but, my family was poor so I had to stop my education. My father is an estate worker, my mother is a housewife, and I have two other brothers. Due to his expenses, I decided to stop my education and go to work. Later, I applied for a scholarship program at the Java Institute of Advanced Technology. Through that, I got a 66% scholarship. The total amount of the scholarship was Rs. 3,000,000 but since it was a 66% scholarship, I had to pay Rs. 1,020,000 ($3,400). Due to my passion and interest in education, my father had taken a loan and we were paying half of it (Rs. 480,000). So I got a chance to study software engineering. Now, I also need to pay the remaining amount. Moreover, I need a laptop to continue my work. If the price of a regular laptop is Rs. 200,000 ($666), I kindly request you to help me.
