I am a parent from a low-income family. We are a family that works hard every day just to meet our basic needs. Despite our financial struggles, my son is a highly motivated and dedicated student. His biggest dream is to receive a good education, secure a stable job, and improve our family’s financial situation in the future. At present, most of his schoolwork, assignments, projects, and research activities are conducted online. To complete these tasks properly and on time, a laptop has become essential. However, due to our current financial difficulties, we are unable to afford such a device. Without a laptop, he has to borrow from friends, visit internet cafés, or rely only on a mobile phone to complete his work. This has become a serious obstacle to his education. There have been times when he was unable to submit assignments on time, leaving him feeling helpless and discouraged. In those moments, he feels sadness and fear about his future. If he had a laptop, he would be able to: Complete schoolwork and assignments on time. Attend online classes and educational programs. Develop IT and computer skills. Prepare for higher education and his future career. We are hoping to raise a small amount to purchase a basic student laptop. Even a small contribution—such as LKR 500 or LKR 1000—can make a significant difference in his life. Your support means more to us than just financial assistance. As you can see in the photos, our classrooms are no longer safe. Children cannot sit, learn, or study comfortably. Yet, despite these challenges, our mission remains clear: every child deserves a safe, inspiring place to learn. The project “Educational Support for Underprivileged Children” by Gram Sewa Sangh Nagpur aims to provide equitable access to quality education for children from slum, rural, and tribal communities. The initiative includes distribution of school kits, uniforms, learning materials, remedial education support, and awareness sessions for parents to encourage regular school attendance and reduce dropout rates. It focuses on creating a child-friendly and inclusive learning environment that promotes holistic development. Through this project, approximately 250 underprivileged children (along with their families) will directly benefit, improving their educational continuity, confidence, and future opportunities for a better livelihood.

Proposal for the support in sponsoring 100 deserving orphans, including 50 Boys and 50 Girls at Alkhidmat Aghosh Homes, Pakistan for the period of one year. Your invaluable contribution will enable these vulnerable children to continue their education in safe and secure environment. We humbly request that you extend your support for the sponsorship of 100 orphans for the duration of 12 months. Aghosh Alkhidmat Homes provide essential facilities to orphans from low socio-economic backgrounds and underprivileged families. Their families lack the necessary resources to afford their children's educational expenses and basic necessities such as health care and nutritious food. This project offers quality academic supervision, residential facilities, healthcare and other essential facilities to these deserving orphans, along with opportunities guiding them towards a brighter future and empowering them to become positive contributors to society. Monthly cost for sponsorship of one orphan is PKR 20,000/- while annual cost of one orphan child is PKR 240,000. We respectfully seek your support for sponsorship of 100 orphans residing at Alkhidmat Aghosh Homes, initially for 12-month with a total project cost of PKR 24,000,000/-. Detailed budget and project information is given under as reference. We hope you will extend your generous aid for this noble cause. The following methodology will opt for the implementation of the project: • AKFP Head Office supervise operation of all Alkhidmat Aghosh Homes through standard practice and policies. • Program Head oversee the operation of all Aghosh Homes working under direct supervision of Chairman Alkhidmat Orphan Care Program and a centralized Management Committee (MC). • Each individual Aghosh Homes operates via local Management Committee (MC) comprised of active and influential volunteers. • Proper arrangements will be made for the donor’s visibility and publicity. • Progress reports will be submitted to Donor as per decided time period. • Provide Sponsorship Profile and Certificates of Orphans Children • Provide Quarter Progress report (QPR) in which Included Activity Pictures and videos of Sponsored Orphans Children • Provide Academic Progress Report (APR) of Orphans Children • Proper Financial Records will be maintained for all financial transactions. • Audited financial reports will be submitted to Donor to make this project transparent. • Proper visibility of Donor will be ensured at project site. • Project Completion Report with photos will be submitted to Donor 01 month after the completion of the Project.
