“I don’t have a house, building one is my dream.
I am 18 years old. I am very poor, and I don’t even have money to continue higher education at the lowest level. I want to study, but there is no way. My father is sick and cannot work. My mother works as a housemaid for a very small amount of money.
We survive by eating just a little bit of food. Most of the money goes for my father’s medicine, so we cannot even afford proper treatment. We also wish to eat tasty food like pizza, but we never had the chance—because we don’t have money to buy such things. I also wish to wear beautiful clothes, but they are very expensive. I cry a lot because I cannot bear this poverty.
I dream of having a phone, but it feels like only a dream because without money, how can I buy one? I am writing this through a friend’s phone, hoping that I can get some help from you. Please, I kindly ask—may God bless you if you can help me.
We also wish to live in a nice house, but we live in a small broken hut without proper space. There are only some blocks and pieces of wall, and when it rains, we get wet. I dream of living in a nice house with proper rooms, but for us, it’s only a dream. If anyone can help us build even a small proper house, I will be forever grateful.
Please, if you are a kind person, help me. I also want to live happily like everyone else. Even a small financial help means a lot to me. May God bless you always for your kindness.
If anyone wishes to help,
