My beloved brother has been unable to walk since birth. Doctors have confirmed that his condition cannot be cured. All I can do is care for him and make his life a little more comfortable for as long as he lives. We come from a struggling farming family. My father is a poor farmer, my mother is unemployed, and I am currently working a private job. But my income is barely enough for our daily survival. It’s very hard for us to even afford the basic food and medicine my brother needs. To care for him properly, he urgently needs a safe and accessible space with a toilet and attached bathroom. Building even a small house for him is far beyond our financial capacity, but it is essential for his dignity and daily life. This is why I started this campaign. I’m kindly asking for your help—no matter how small your contribution is, it means the world to us. My only hope is to care for my brother with love and dignity, for as long as he is with us. My name is Molagoda Siyambalawaththe Wijayarathna Dhanapala. I am humbly reaching out to kind-hearted people around the world to support me in building a small, safe house for myself and my elderly mother. We do not own a piece of land or a home. I currently work as a CCTV technician, but due to nerve damage in my spine, I am struggling with physical limitations and pain. For the last few years, I have been unable to work consistently, and it has become extremely difficult to earn a living. My mother is elderly and has several health conditions that require regular medication and nutritious food. Unfortunately, I am unable to provide for her properly. A woman who intended to marry me has also left, seeing my poor financial condition. Now I am in a situation where I feel completely helpless and broken. My dream is to purchase at least 10 perches of land, and build a modest home with: 2 small rooms a living area a kitchen and bathroom access to water and electricity Any support, no matter how small, would be a blessing.
