Help Aruzhan Complete Her Life-Changing Treatment
My name is Aruzhan, and I am 12 years old from Kazakhstan. Since the day I was born, I have been living with a rare condition called a venous malformation of the right submandibular region. This disease affects my face and has changed my childhood in many ways. Because of the visible swelling, I often wear a face mask in public to avoid unwanted attention and to feel more comfortable. Since 2014, I have undergone treatment in Kazakhstan. Over the years, I received 21 sclerotherapy procedures, all performed under general anesthesia. Despite the dedication and hard work of my doctors, the treatment did not achieve the desired result, and my condition continued to progress. After many consultations, my family was referred to a specialized clinic in Germany with extensive experience in treating complex vascular malformations. The doctors there developed an individualized treatment plan designed specifically for my condition. My venous malformation cannot simply be removed with surgery. It is located very close to important nerves and major blood vessels. Attempting to remove it surgically carries a high risk of damaging these vital structures, and even after surgery, the malformation may return. That is why my doctors chose a staged specialized treatment instead. Thanks to a government-funded medical program, I was able to receive treatment in Germany in 2023 and 2024, completing two important stages of my treatment. The government covered the cost of my treatment and flights, while my family paid for accommodation, medications, medical interpreter services, and other related expenses. The treatment has already shown encouraging results. According to my doctors, I now need only one or two more treatment stages to achieve the best possible outcome. Unfortunately, the government funding program has ended, and no further treatment will be financed. My family must now pay for the remaining treatment ourselves. The estimated cost is approximately €54,000, which is far beyond what we can afford. My greatest dream is to complete my treatment. I dream of going outside without wearing a mask, feeling confident, smiling without fear, and living a normal life like other children my age. Every donation, no matter how small, brings me one step closer to that dream. If you are unable to donate, please consider sharing my story. Your support may help my campaign reach someone who can change my future. Because I am still under 18 years old, this fundraising campaign has been created and is managed by my mother on my behalf. Every donation will be used exclusively for my medical treatment in Germany and related expenses. We have all supporting documents, including medical reports, examination results, treatment records, official documents from the German clinic, and the treatment cost estimate. If anyone would like additional information, we will gladly provide all necessary documentation. We are committed to complete transparency so that everyone who supports my campaign can feel confident that their generosity is truly helping me. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for taking the time to read my story. Thank you to everyone who donates, shares my campaign, or simply keeps me in their thoughts and prayers. Your kindness gives me hope that I can complete my treatment and look forward to a brighter future. With heartfelt gratitude, Aruzhan and her mother

♥️ She Taught with Love. Now She Needs Ours♥️
❤️ She Taught with Love. Now She Needs Ours. For nearly 20 years, Nisrine has dedicated her life to teaching kindergarten. She is known for her kindness, patience, and the genuine love she gives to every child she teaches. To her students, she is not only a teacher, but someone who makes them feel safe, encouraged, and cared for during their very first steps in education. She has spent her life giving love, energy, and attention to others. She is a unique sister whose smile always shines every day. Being a special auntie, supporting her niece and nephew through ups and downs has always been a priority. Today, she is the one who urgently needs support. Nisrine is 49 years old and is currently suffering from advanced heart failure. After thorough medical evaluation, her doctors have recommended an urgent life-saving treatment: an LVAD (Left Ventricular Assist Device), a mechanical heart pump that helps the heart continue to function. This treatment is critical for her getting back to normal life. The estimated cost of the procedure and device is approximately US$150,000, which is far beyond what she and her family can manage alone. Despite everything, Nisrine remains hopeful. She still dreams of returning to the classroom she loves, hearing the laughter of children again, and continuing to do what she has dedicated her life to teaching and caring for young students. This campaign is created to give her that chance. Every contribution, no matter how small, can help bring her closer to the treatment she urgently needs. If you are unable to donate, simply sharing this story with others can make a real difference. We are asking for your kindness, your support, and your prayers. Thank you for standing with her and her family during this difficult time. Bless your families and beloved ones always. *The good you do today will find its way back to you tomorrow*💞

Critical ALS Care for My Aunt

Critical ALS Care for My Aunt
My aunt is 63 years old and has been battling Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), specifically progressive bulbar palsy, for over a year and a half. Since her diagnosis, our family has been caring for her at home with love and dedication. As a second-year nursing student, I have personally been helping care for her throughout this journey. Because of progressive bulbar palsy, she gradually lost her ability to swallow and had to undergo a PEG tube insertion so she could receive nutrition. Recently, her condition worsened, and she suddenly lost the ability to breathe on her own. She was rushed to the emergency room, where she had to be intubated, and later underwent a tracheostomy to keep her airway open. She is now dependent on life-support equipment to stay alive. As the hospital prepares for her discharge, we are facing an overwhelming challenge: bringing the care she needs into our home. We urgently need to rent a home ventilator, oxygen concentrator, oxygen tanks, suction machine, hospital bed, air mattress, and other essential medical supplies. She also requires formula feeding, diapers, and continuous care every single day. One of our biggest struggles is electricity. We live in Lebanon, where electricity is not available 24/7. The medical equipment she depends on must run at all times—without interruption. A power outage could put her life at immediate risk. To keep her safe, we need to secure around-the-clock electricity with enough power capacity to support her ventilator, oxygen, and other machines, which comes at a very high cost. The financial burden of her medical care, equipment, and electricity has become far beyond what our family can manage alone. We are doing everything we can to keep her comfortable, cared for, and at home surrounded by family, but we cannot do this without help. Any contribution, no matter how small, would mean the world to us and could directly help keep her alive, comfortable, and safe. If you are unable to donate, sharing this fundraiser would also be a great help. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your kindness and support.
