Doctors in Syria cannot perform this complex surgery because they lack the equipment and specialists needed. Her only hope is Al Zahraa Hospital in Lebanon, which has an expert neurology and neurosurgery team capable of removing the tumor using advanced microscopic techniques. The cost for the surgery, hospital stay, and medical care is $15,000 — far beyond what she and her family can afford.
