Al Amal Institute for the Disabled – Broummana is thrilled to host a sports and entertainment day on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Broummana Municipal Stadium. This initiative aims to foster joy, inclusion, and positive community connection across all age groups. Despite challenging economic circumstances, we remain steadfast in our high morale and positive spirit. We are dedicated to spreading joy and engaging local schools, NGOs, and charitable organizations in our various activities throughout Broummana. We would particularly like to highlight the students and scouts of Broummana High School (BHS), as well as the BHS Old Scholars Association, who have built a wonderful and enduring relationship with our residents with special needs over many years. To bring this vision to life and ensure broad participation, we are seeking support to cover essential event logistics and transportation for participating organizations. Men's Mental Health & Prostate Cancer Awareness
RUN FOR MEN’S HEALTH In November, I will be running the Beirut Marathon to raise awareness and funds for men’s health in Lebanon. This initiative supports causes that too often remain unspoken: mental health, suicide prevention, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer. Too many men struggle silently, avoiding conversations around emotional well-being, delaying medical checkups, or facing illness alone because of social pressure. Through this marathon, i hope to encourage openness, early detection, support, and access to care. Every kilometer run is dedicated to breaking silence around men’s health and helping create conversations that can save lives. Funds raised will support organizations in Lebanon working in cancer support, mental health awareness, and suicide prevention.
