In Lebanon’s current economic crisis, replacing a car is nearly impossible for her. She is doing her best, but the situation is beyond what she can handle alone. We are raising $7,000 to help her purchase a reliable used car so she can regain some stability and continue caring for her children. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been supporting vulnerable families through community-based initiatives. Today, we are launching an urgent campaign to provide food support to both displaced families and host communities in Lebanon. Our goal is to distribute 3,500 food boxes, each costing $60 (including preparation and distribution). Each box contains 12 traditional Lebanese food items: Makdous, olives, labneh, kishk, 4 types of homemade jams, olive oil, vinegar, tomato paste, and chili paste. All items are locally produced in the Bekaa region, supporting small farmers and producers. With your help, we aim to raise $210,000 to reach families in urgent need. Our goal is simple but powerful: to rent apartments for displaced families for a minimum of 3 months, giving them a safe and private space to rebuild their lives during this crisis.
