Help a stateless Palestinian refugee to survive
Title: Help a Palestinian Refugee Rebuild His Life and Access Medical Care My name is Obaida. I am a Palestinian refugee living in Lebanon, where I have spent most of my life. Like many refugees here, my family and I live under extremely difficult economic conditions. We are struggling to meet even our most basic needs. I have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, a lifelong mental health condition that requires continuous treatment, stability, and medical care. Living with this illness while facing poverty, uncertainty, and displacement has been overwhelming. In an attempt to change my situation and support my family, I traveled to South Africa and applied for asylum, hoping for safety and a chance at a dignified life. Unfortunately, my asylum request was rejected. After this rejection, the psychological pressure became unbearable, and I went through a very dark period in my life. I survived a serious crisis, and since then I have been trying to focus on healing and rebuilding myself. Today, I am asking for your help for two main reasons: To access proper medical treatment and mental health care so I can live with bipolar disorder in a stable and healthy way To find a legal and safe opportunity outside Lebanon that would allow me to improve my life and help support my family Your support—no matter how small—can help me receive treatment, regain stability, and work toward a future with dignity and hope. If you are unable to donate, sharing this campaign would mean a great deal to me. Thank you for taking the time to read my story and for your kindness and humanity

Connecting Lives for Autism

Education

Connecting Lives for Autism
Connecting Lives for Autism supports young people with autism living in rural areas of Andalusia, Spain. Many of them grow up in communities with limited resources, social barriers, and areas designated as needing social transformation. In these environments, access to specialized support, social inclusion programs, and safe spaces for belonging is extremely scarce. At CONECTA, we believe that every person with autism deserves the opportunity to feel understood, supported, and connected. Through this program, we offer: - Safe and caring spaces for emotional support - Group activities that foster confidence and self-esteem - Support in emotional regulation and social interaction - Inclusive community experiences - Professional support tailored to their specific needs Many of the young people we support face isolation, anxiety, limited opportunities, and a lack of understanding. With your help, they can experience friendship, stability, learning, and joy, and families can feel supported instead of alone. Your donation will help us: - Fund emotional support sessions - Provide qualified professional guidance - Maintain ongoing activities instead of temporary initiatives - Reach more young people in rural and socially vulnerable areas We are CONECTA, a non-profit public service organization in Andalusia. We work daily to guarantee dignity, well-being, and equal opportunities for people with autism. Together, we can connect lives and create safer and happier futures. Thank you for your support.

Educated but still struggling- Twin brothers

Educated but still struggling- Twin brothers
Hello everyone, This is not easy for us to share, but we are reaching out with humility and honesty, hoping that kindness still exists among strangers. We are twin brothers, Kabelo and Karabo, from South Africa. Both of us worked extremely hard at university and were fortunate to graduate cum laude, believing that education would open doors and bring stability to our family. Unfortunately, life has been much harder than we ever imagined. Our mother built our family home in Mokopane in 2018 using a loan, which she has been paying ever since. Over time, financial pressure became overwhelming. Despite our best efforts, things spiraled beyond control. As her children, we stepped in to help pay the house loan so she wouldn’t lose the home she worked so hard to build. Almost everything we earn goes toward keeping a roof over our heads. We live very modestly and are simply trying to survive. When we started working, we obtained basic furniture through a graduate finance program that allows monthly payments. Recently, due to urgent household needs and ongoing debt, we fell behind on payments. We now owe R12,000, and the company has given us until today to pay or they will repossess the furniture. Because of the fear and stress, we didn’t even go home today, not knowing if people would arrive to take our belongings. It is heartbreaking to feel unsafe in your own home because of debt. We don’t have a large support system or extended family to rely on. It is just our mother, our sister, and the two of us trying to hold everything together. We are exhausted, overwhelmed, and asking for help to get through this moment. If you are able to help in any way at all, even a small amount, it would mean more than words can express. If you cannot help financially, sharing this message or offering encouragement would also help us greatly. Thank you for taking the time to read our story. Thank you for seeing us as human beings. May kindness return to you in ways you never expect
