The community we support is made up of children from low-income families in rural areas of Sri Lanka. Many parents work as daily wage earners, fishermen, farmers, or laborers and struggle to provide even the basic school needs for their children. Because of financial difficulties, many students attend school without proper school bags, shoes, books, lunch boxes, and other essential learning materials.

Some schools also lack enough resources to support the children properly. Despite these hardships, these students are eager to learn, continue their education, and build a better future for themselves and their families. Even a small support can make a big difference in their school life, confidence, and motivation.

For the past two years, our small community initiative has been helping underprivileged schools by donating books, providing meals, and supporting children with basic educational needs. So far, we have already helped two schools, and now we hope to expand our support to five more deserving schools.

Through this fundraising campaign, we aim to provide essential school items such as school bags, lunch boxes, books, shoes, and other educational supplies to children who truly need them. Our goal is not only to support their education but also to give them hope, encouragement, and the feeling that they are not forgotten.

Every donation, big or small, will directly help a child continue their education with dignity and confidence.
