Lost my job recently and have 17 Malawi Cichlids to support which I love very much.

I had them since 2022/3, and we grew attached, since I look after them everyday and do a weekly water change. Most of them were born in this apartment, and they all got names and their own unique personalities.

I desperately need some donations for rent as well as their food/supplements to go through at least one more month.

I'm actively searching for work every day, but found nothing concrete yet. And giving them away will break my heart, as well as taking them through the stress of taking them out of their environment, traveling a long distance with them, and then set them up in a strange unfamiliar environment if I have to move back in with parents temporarily, of which are 3 hours drive from me.
