I am writing this letter with a humble request for your kind assistance to save my child’s life. My son/daughter is suffering from a severe medical condition that requires urgent treatment overseas. After consultations with doctors in Sri Lanka, we have been advised to take him/her to India for further medical treatment and surgery.

The total estimated cost for this treatment is around USD 8,500 (approximately LKR 2250000), which includes hospital charges, surgery, travel, and accommodation. Unfortunately, I am unable to bear this cost on my own as I am a daily wage worker and our family’s financial situation is extremely difficult.
