Help Me Undergo a Life-Saving Kidney Transplant
I come from a very poor family and have been suffering from kidney failure since the year 2000. My health condition has become very serious, and doctors have advised that I need to undergo a kidney transplant as soon as possible in order to survive and continue living. Unfortunately, I do not have the financial ability to cover the medical expenses required for the transplant and ongoing treatment.
