I have fallen under extreme poverty due to a serious kidney disease.
I have five young children who look to me as their only hope.
Because of this illness, I can no longer work and I have no money left for my treatment.
I am now in debt of more than two million Afghanis.
I kindly ask all kind-hearted brothers and sisters to help me as much as you can, so I may overcome these hardships.
Your support can save my life and bring hope back to my home.
