I didn’t expect to be writing this.
I’m currently in Lebanon, and over the past period — with everything happening here — my health has taken a serious hit. What I’ve been dealing with quietly for a long time has now reached a point where I can’t ignore it anymore.
It’s gotten serious.
I’ve seen doctors, and the reality is clear: I need to step away and take care of my health properly and urgently. Not partially, not while working — but fully.
I’ve made the decision to enter a 90-day recovery program where I can focus on healing — physically and mentally — and give myself a real chance to stabilize and come back strong.
The hard part is this:
I’m self-employed, and I support my family.
So stepping away from work means losing income, while still carrying all my responsibilities.
Here’s what I’m facing:
Recovery program (3 months): $10,500
Living and family responsibilities during that time: ~$18,000
Total needed: $28,500
I’m not used to asking for help like this.
If you know me, you know I’ve always been the one supporting others — through coaching, through work, through life. And I will continue to do that.
But right now, I need to take care of my health so I can actually be here to keep doing it.
This is me choosing to stop pushing through… and finally give myself a real chance.
If you can support — even a little — it would mean a lot.
And if you can’t, sharing this or even just keeping me in your thoughts is more than appreciated.
Thank you for being here.
— Wissam

Dear Wissam,
What you're doing takes real courage — choosing to heal instead of just pushing through. That's not weakness. That's wisdom.
Lebanon has been heavy. You've carried a lot in silence. Now it's time to let others carry some of it with you.
You'll be in my du'a every day. O Allah, grant him a healing that leaves no illness behind.
Go heal fully. We'll be here when you're back. 🤍
