I am a man in my early 40s, and in 2020, I suffered a severe heart attack that left me hospitalized for several months.

My condition was so critical that I had to undergo surgery to implant an artificial heart device in order to stay alive.

Today, I am reaching out to ask for your help. I urgently need a heart transplant, and I have been accepted for treatment in France.

I will attach a copy of my medical report and the cost estimate of the surgery.
