I am a dental student in Lebanon, and the cost of instruments is extremely high. My financial situation is dire; sometimes, we barely have enough money for food. My father is Egyptian, and we live in Lebanon, where the economic conditions are very challenging. Scholarships are mostly available for Lebanese nationals, and international students like me rarely receive support. This makes it incredibly hard to live and study here. I chose this field to support my family in the future, as becoming a dentist will provide financial stability. However, I am struggling to afford my education and essentials at the moment. I considered studying in Egypt, but I couldn't afford the initial costs or meet the required average for scholarships. I am searching for any form of help and hope, as I believe that even though life feels dark right now, there must be a light somewhere.
