Very innocent and cute 4 year old Abdul Ahad is diagnosed with Burkitt Lymphoma (a very aggressive form of cancer) which has become metastatic and is spreading rapidly and so he urgently needs Chemotherapy sessions as well as supportive care. The kid is in lot of pain and fighting for his life and thus needs urgent help to battle the disease. His father is a poor driver and mother is uneducated housewife.
