Fatima Barakat is an 11-year-old girl diagnosed with severe, rapidly progressing scoliosis — a dangerous curvature of the spine.

Her condition is worsening and now requires urgent spinal surgery to prevent serious complications and protect her breathing and overall health.

The procedure requires specialized spinal instrumentation, titanium rods and screws, advanced monitoring, and full hospital care.
