My name is Joel Hilson, and I am a proud father of two wonderful children. Today, I am facing the biggest challenge of my life—cancer.

Before my diagnosis, I worked hard to provide for my family and give my children the life they deserve. Since becoming seriously ill, I have been unable to work, and our financial situation has become incredibly difficult. Every day is a battle with treatments, doctor’s appointments, pain, and uncertainty, while trying to stay strong for my children.

The emotional and financial burden has been overwhelming. Medical expenses, household bills, groceries, transportation, and everyday necessities continue to grow while my ability to earn an income has disappeared. My greatest fear is not just fighting cancer, but being unable to provide for my children during this difficult time.

Despite everything, I refuse to give up. I continue to fight with hope, faith, and the love I have for my children. They are my reason to keep going every single day.
