My name is Ushan Sithija, and I am an 18-year-old student from Sri Lanka. I am currently preparing for my G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) examination in 2026. My ultimate goal is to become a qualified Automobile Engineer, and I am planning to start my higher studies immediately after my exams.
I intend to follow a 3-year professional course in Automobile Engineering at German Tech (CGTTI). This is a highly recognized vocational training institute in Sri Lanka, and getting this qualification will be a turning point in my life.
Why I am raising funds now:
My family faces significant financial challenges. My father is a daily wage worker whose income is very limited, and my mother is a housewife. I also have two younger brothers who are still in school. Given our situation, it is impossible for my parents to save enough money for my future degree while meeting our daily needs.
The estimated total cost for the 3-year course is approximately $4000. This includes:
Course & Tuition Fees
Accommodation (Boarding fees) as I need to stay near the institute.
Daily Meals, Transport, and Essential Study Materials.
By starting this campaign early, I hope to secure the necessary funds so that I can start my professional training without any delay as soon as I finish my A/L exams. My dream is to work hard, build a stable career, and eventually support my parents and help my younger brothers with their education.
