Hi! My grandfather, who is like a father to me, suffered from an encephalopathy (damage to his brain) resulting from liver problems he has been battling for years. However, his body could no longer cope, and he ended up with encephalopathy two days ago. Unfortunately, public hospitals didn’t have the necessary equipment to treat and help him so they had to transfer him to a private hospital because his condition was critical and extremely urgent. Since it’s a private system, the bills are skyrocketing with each day he spends in intensive care, and my family and I are doing everything we can and searching for every possible option to be able to pay for his treatment and recovery.
