I am facing one of the most difficult periods of my life and I am reaching out with a humble request for help.
I currently have a debt of $8,500, and the creditor is holding my cheque. Under the law in Pakistan, if this cheque is presented and returned unpaid, a criminal case can be registered against me, which may lead to arrest and imprisonment.
For the past two years, I have been unemployed, and during this time my financial situation has completely collapsed. I live in a rented home and I am struggling to provide even the basic needs for my wife and young son. My debts are increasing, and I am under constant mental and financial pressure.
