Hello, my name is [Nisansala]. I am from Badulla, Sri Lanka.

About a month ago, I had a serious accident and my leg was broken. Since then, I have been bedridden. I cannot walk, stand, or even move around my home without help. Every small task has become impossible for me.

I feel trapped in this bed day after day. The hardest part is losing my independence - not being able to do things on my own.

Right now, I am kindly asking for your support. I need a wheelchair so I can move inside my home and get some of my independence back. I also need help with transport to reach the hospital and clinic for my treatments and physiotherapy. Without this, my recovery is becoming much harder.

I have no income at the moment because I cannot work while I am recovering. I am going through a very difficult time, both physically and mentally.
