My name is Walaa Jouda, wife of Mohammed Jouda, from Gaza. We left Gaza through the Rafah crossing as part of a medical transfer, and we're currently living in Cairo.
My husband Mohammed urgently needs advanced osseointegration surgery for prosthetic limbs, which isn't available in Egypt. The cost of the prosthetics alone exceeds $70,000 — an amount we simply cannot afford on our own, no matter how hard we try.
We've reached out to numerous humanitarian organizations, embassies, and international agencies, but most doors have closed or stalled. Time is also very tight, as our residency permits in Egypt are expiring soon.
Every donation, no matter how small, brings Mohammed one step closer to walking again and reclaiming his life. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for every helping hand
