I am Umm Muhammad from Gaza, a mother of five children. I suffer from asthma and need an oxygen tube to accompany me constantly. I also have a severe iron deficiency, which makes me need to take iron through an intravenous injection constantly. These injections are expensive and I cannot afford them easily due to the severe shortage of medicines here in Gaza.
Before the war, I owned my own business, which was a beauty salon, which was completely destroyed, and my husband’s factory was also destroyed. Thus, my family and I lost our source of income and were unable to save enough to buy our daily food. Then, shortly after that, our house was destroyed and we no longer had a source of income. Or even a place to live.. In fact, we lost everything after my family and I were living a good life.
I have always been a person who depends on himself to get out of crises, but this time things are different. With this difficult and dangerous situation in Gaza, I cannot even think of a way to compensate for what we lost. Therefore, I resorted to creating this campaign so that my family and I might find someone to stand by us and contribute to donating and helping. Thank you for being here reading this.
