My name is Noor, and I am from Gaza. I grew up in circumstances I did not choose, but I chose not to surrender to them. I completed my high school studies (Tawjihi) and achieved a high grade despite the many hardships, believing that education is my only path toward a better future for myself and my family.

My family is facing extremely difficult health and humanitarian conditions. My father is battling cancer and requires continuous treatment and care that we cannot afford. My mother suffers from a herniated disc and chronic illnesses that severely limit her ability to move or work, placing an even heavier burden on our family.

Because of this, providing basic necessities such as food, clean water, and daily medical needs has become an overwhelming challenge. There are days when we do not know how we will survive, yet we continue to hold on to hope.

Despite all this pain, I still carry a dream that refuses to fade: to continue my university education and one day become a cardiac surgeon. I dream of saving lives, healing hearts, and giving back to others what life could not give to us. I want to be a source of pride for my family and my homeland.
