I am writing this with a heavy heart, seeking your compassion and support during the most difficult chapter of my life. My family and I are trapped in a situation of unimaginable hardship in Lebanon, a country devastated by war, economic collapse, and insecurity.

The war and economic crisis in Lebanon have not only destroyed our home but also shattered our lives. What once was a life of hope, dreams, and stability has been replaced with fear, exhaustion, and despair.

I am the sole provider for my family, including my elderly parents, who rely on me for their care. Day by day, our struggle grows heavier, with no loans available, no work opportunities, and the rising costs of basic needs. The small joys of a secure and peaceful life feel like an impossible dream.

Currently and temporarily, my family and I are living in a dangerous slum in a building that has been standing since the 1970s. The structure is severely damaged, with large cracks that cannot be repaired or reinforced. The building is at risk of collapsing at any moment, putting our lives in constant danger.

The war destroyed more than just homes; it destroyed hope. The economic crisis has robbed us of opportunities to rebuild. Despite my efforts, I cannot find the means to provide my family with a safe and stable home. The constant fear of what tomorrow might bring has left us fatigued, broken, and desperate.

In our darkest moments, I’ve felt the crushing weight of despair. I’ve even thought of ending it all, but I can’t give up—not for myself, but for my parents, who depend on me to protect them and keep them safe. I refuse to let them live out their final years in fear and uncertainty.

This is why I am reaching out to you. I need your help to raise $50,000 to buy a small home in Beirut—the most basic, affordable place where we can feel secure. This amount represents the lowest price for a modest home in a country where prices have soared beyond reach.
