​My name is Leila, and I am reaching out to share a deeply personal story in the hope of getting support for my family.

​A few years ago, after losing my father, our family was left struggling financially. Despite being a widowed single mother with a very modest income, my mom was determined to give me a chance at a brighter future. To allow me to study overseas and earn my university degree, she took out a loan to help cover tuition, travel, and basic academic costs.

​She took on this debt out of pure love believing in my education and putting my future above her own financial security.

​The Current Reality:

​Today, our family continues to face significant financial hardship. Studying abroad opened incredible doors for my education, but back home, my mother’s average income barely covers daily living necessities, making it impossible to keep up with the loan repayments. Seeing her struggle under this heavy burden every month after everything she has already sacrificed breaks my heart.

​I am starting this campaign to take responsibility and lift this financial weight off my mother’s shoulders.

​My initial goal is to raise $19k.100% of all contributions will go directly toward paying down the principal of this loan to reduce her monthly payments and bring stability back to our household.

​Clearing this debt will not only protect my mother from a financial crisis, but it will also allow me to focus on building my own career so I can permanently support my family in the long run.
